Distressed Building Inspections/Dilapidation Surveys are undertaken by experienced Engineering/Building Technicians.
A Scope of Work is defined which generally comprises an internal and external inspection of the structure, recording of floor levels, compilation of crack type and location within the structure and geotechnical investigations as required.
