Surveying

Surveying Works is an independent company run by Bill McMahon B.App. Sc. (Surv), RMIT, M.I.S. Aust. Their main area of expertise is in survey support services relating to land use, its management and development.

Services include:

• Feature surveys to provide site levels, contour information and location of services for development applications
• Application surveys for amendment of title and adverse possession
• Title and land information searching
• Flood level surveys
• Certified property surveys including re-establishment of title, remarking of lots in recent subdivisions
• Land and building subdivisions

Our surveying instrumentations incorporate "state of the art" equipment incorporating Robotic Total Stations and GPS equipment. We utilize a number of spatial information support software packages, which allow data to be exported in formats compatible with AutoCAD, Microstation and other major drawing packages. Plans can be provided in electronic formation as required and modified to individual specifications to enable their use as base drawings for site plans etc.
