About Us

Structural Works is a dynamic consulting engineering firm based in Balwyn, Victoria.

Established in 1997, Structural Works and its professional staff are committed to continuous improvement. We embrace technological change in order to improve our skills and efficiency thus providing superior customer service to our valued clients.

The two principal partners are both registered building practitioners with extensive experience in the design and construction of residential, commercial and industrial structures.

The company's core competencies include structural design, footing design, soil testing / geotechnical engineering and distressed building and remediation assessment and reporting.

Structural Works have the systems and expertise to offer a 'one stop shop' for building approvals. We have the ability to take a project from conception right through to the issue of a building permit including all the mandatory inspections necessary for issue of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Our clients include some of Australia's larger domestic volume builders, residential land developers, Government authorities, smaller residential and commercial builders as well as individuals. Due to constant demand we have upgraded our Civil Department to cater for drainage designs for housing and unit developments. Our structural design team are commonly engaged on projects ranging from several hundred houses to individual large domestic structures to unit developments up to three stories.
